Notice of Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 10 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
• All cancellation requests will be confirmed via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your request, please contact our support team to ensure your cancellation has been processed.

Access After Cancellation
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, access to your account, including all forms and data, will be restricted.
• We recommend exporting your data before cancellation to avoid loss of information.

Reactivation of Account
• If you wish to reactivate your account after cancellation, you can do so by logging in and selecting a new subscription plan.
• Previous data may be restored within 10 days of cancellation, subject to availability.

Refund Policy

Refund Turnaround Time

We have updated our refund policy to provide more clarity on the processing time for refunds. The following outlines the steps and timeframes for processing refunds:

  1. Refund Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will take 5-7 working days for us to process the refund.
  2. Credit to Bank Account: After processing, the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days.

Please note that the total time from the initiation of a refund request to the refund being reflected in your bank account can be up to 14 working days.

How to Request a Refund

If you need to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details and the reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

Additional Information

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
